Implementation of FusionR Sales App mobile sales support and CRM system for TRILAK Kft

TRILAK Festékgyártó Kft. is one of the best-known domestic companies. Its primary activity consists the production of topcoats, primers and varnishes, which the company divides into sales areas and sells from its own warehouses with the help of field representatives. Since 2007, TRILAK has been using R&R Software’s FusionR Sales App mobile business management system based on Windows Mobile, which was replaced in April 2012 with the more modern version that supports Android devices.

TRILAK uses Samsung Galaxy Note devices to support its processes. The data was completely shifted into the new version from the previous which was running on Windows Mobile devices. The new version has a a number of innovations:

  • An up-to-date, on-line KPI report, from which you can read how sales are compared to the period plan.
  • Up-to-date customer sales statistics.
  • GPS-based monitoring of customer visits.
  • Forwarding and presentation of marketing materials via the SFA (FusionR Sales App) system.
  • Modern ERP integration, fully automated data transfer.

The changeover and migration to the new version took only two weeks, during which the representatives in TRILAK received the new devices.

The flexibility of the FusionR Sales App is well characterized by the fact that TRILAK received the devices with the Android operating system version 2.3.6, which could be updated to the latest version without interruption.
