JTI Hungary Zrt. also employs field representatives who visit national tobacco shops (traffics). The replacement of the field support system used in previous years was neccessary because of the increase in sales turnover, the need for faster and more efficient visits, and the new business model implemented with the central tobacco supplier operating from November 1, 2015.

JTI Hungary Zrt. chose R&R Software Zrt.’s FusionR Sales App field management solution to fulfill the above needs, on the Windows platform. R&R Software Zrt. created the FusionR Sales App mobile application, which until then was only available for Android operating system devices, and then customized and implemented it for JTI Hungary Zrt. The experts of R&R Software Zrt. trained the key users of JTI Hungary Zrt., who themselves passed on the knowledge to their colleagues.
