FusionR Sales App supports the sales activities of Pek-Snack Kft. with extensive functionality

Pek-Snack Kft. is a dominant bakery network in Hungary and in the Central European region. The company has been producing frozen baked goods since 1998. Pek-Snack Kft. was established as a Hungarian-owned family business, and since 2015 it has been owned by a financial investor, Oriens.

In Hungary, the company manufactures its products in Igalo, Somogy county, in a 6,000 m² factory, where it employs more than 350 workers. Their products are offered in more than 1,800 bakeries in Hungary. The company has been present in Croatia since 1999, and in 2021 it started a significant expansion in Slovakia and Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Pek-Snack Kft. wanted to replace its existing SFA system with a more modern system with more functionality, so in 2021 the management requested offers from several companies offering corporate mobility solutions. The FusionR Sales App provides functions with the help of Android mobile devices, such as displaying orders, managing customer information, managing marketing material requests, creating representative tour plans, registering, moving and inventorying devices.

Users can create reports and with the help of questionnaires, the system also provides the opportunity to conduct store surveys, collect data and handle complaints. Mobile devices can also be used to take photos and display customer history and other information. With the help of FusionR Sales App, you can monitor the balance of the partners’ current accounts, see which accounts are settled, and the system also sends a warning in case of an outstanding balance.

Users can see tasks centrally defined by sales managers in the FusionR Sales App, whether they are regular or ad hoc activities. With the FusionR Sales App, it is also possible to evaluate, support and track the performance of the representatives.

FusionR Sales App works without internet connection as well. The application can synchronize data generated during offline work via an encrypted channel when the Internet connection is available again.
